Charitable Status
We are currently registered as a Company Limited By Guarantee ("CLG") in Jamaica under company number 131802. Additionally, we are in the process of registering as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) with the Charity Commission in the UK. While that registration is underway, we have set up a temporary legal entity (a Company Limited by Guarantee ("CLG")) to help us begin our work, accept donations, and launch key programmes like our scholarship fund.
All funds are held in a secure business account, managed with full transparency, and used strictly in line with our charitable objectives. Once our CIO registration is complete, all funds will be transferred and administered under the registered charity.
